Vertu Ford Durham were helpful because every member of staff wanted to help rather than push a sale. I did already know the car I wanted however I wasn’t treated like I had to buy it with every extra package ontop. Jessica was the sales representative who dealt with myself and my fiancée and she was as down to earth as you can get, helpful and made a great buying experience

Our first time visiting this branch. Honestly we came for the service we have always received from Sue at her previous branch. Outstanding service nothing is to much trouble for Sue and always with a smile for us. We will be back.
