Vertu Ford Durham were helpful because they took care of all the paperwork although I still have not received the form V5 from the DVLA for the vehicle some three weeks after delivery. The vehicle supplied has been great in every respect so far.

My experience at Vertu Ford Durham could have been better if more attention was paid to the preparation of the vehicle so that defects were identified prior to handover, this would have prevented me from having to return to the garage on multiple occasions to have issues rectified. You could also do with losing the sheet over the car trick, it’s tacky and embarrassing when you pull back the sheet to reveal a dent in the car door.
